DescriptionThe Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for cash applications and dispute management. With strong attention to detail, you will be handling full-cycle AR processing. • Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, skip-tracing, and arrange for payment
• Complete a wide range of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks
• Help resolve payment issues by contacting clients, assist in setting up payment plans
• Balance bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in a number of different ledgers
• Verify codes and documents

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field desired
  • In-depth understanding of cash applications
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
  • Quick learner of new software platforms
