Job Description:

Administrative Assistant needed to work in Pasadena on a temp basis. Will provide administrative and project management support, including drafting correspondence, assisting with special projects and data collection, and calendaring and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel. Will support the accomplishment of all departmental goals, tracks expenditures, assists in budget preparation, maintains efficient filing systems, files and logs, creates agendas and folders for meetings, takes minutes, creates and updates reports, and orders supplies. Develop Power Point presentations and department manuals. Coordinate meetings for all conference rooms; processing catering orders; and addressing customers' questions regarding membership, benefits and policy issues.
