Job Details Responsibilities: Manage and delegate daily maintenance tasks across a large residential property Conduct regular inspections of buildings, amenities, and grounds to identify repair needs Oversee apartment turnover process and ensure units are move-in ready Supervise vendor work and ensure compliance with company standards Maintain inventory and approve maintenance-related purchases within budget Lead and train service staff, including performance reviews and development plans Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols Qualifications: Prior experience managing a maintenance team Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, emergency/security systems, and pool Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of First Aid and Safety procedures Experience with a new construction facility is preferred Computer literacy (Microsoft and Yardi) High School Diploma or skilled trades training Interested in hearing more?
