is hiring last mile drivers - no CDL-A needed! Drive with J.B. Hunt
Final Mile Services® as a non-CDL-A installation specialist and
enjoy the stability and consistency of one of the country's premier
last mile delivery providers. This position is paid an hourly rate
for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The
activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity
pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. Activity-Based
Bonus Components: Dispatch daily rate: $25 per day Route mileage
rate: $0.38 - $0.44 Unload pay: $0.36 - $0.42 per unit Multi-family
site unload pay: $0.51 - $0.64 per unit Stop pay: $7.12 - $8.75
Delivery service time: $0.31 - $0.38 per minute Cross-docking: $20
per hour Right-seat driving: $20 per hour New hire training: $20
per hour Safety training: $20 per hour Holiday pay: $140 per day
Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for
the activity-based bonus payment. Drivers in this position over the
last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of
