Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is
available for the 20262027 school year in the Los Angeles area.
This contract role is based on-site in Torrance, CA, serving
multiple school assignments within the LA Unified School District.
Caseloads typically range from 50 to 60 students, covering a
diverse age group with some itinerant positions. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy
services to students in a school setting Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate
with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support
student progress Participate in district-provided bi-weekly
training cohorts as part of ongoing professional development Manage
documentation, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with
district standards Qualifications: Masters degree in
Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP License and SLP
Teaching Credential are required Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status; CF candidates must secure
appropriate supervision Experience working in school settings
preferred; ranging from entry-level to seasoned professionals
Additional Information: Full-time position with 40 hours per week
(8-hour days) Contract dates: August 12, 2026, through June 4, 2027
Candidates will be reimbursed up to approximately $2,500 for
assessment materials Training cohorts begin at the start or middle
of each month depending on hire date This position offers the
