Job Description:
A company is looking for a VIP Account Manager to provide
exceptional support to VIP players and enhance their
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong
relationships
Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving player
concerns
Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives to improve
player retention
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development,
or a similar role
Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is
highly preferred
Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement
and growth
Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior
