Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Drug Development Project
Manager to oversee drug development projects from pre-clinical
stages to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and document project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource
allocations
Foster high team performance and positive dynamics while ensuring
alignment with corporate strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective project
communications and manage changes towards common goals
Required Qualifications and Education
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across
various phases and disease areas
At least 5 years of program management experience in a
pharmaceutical or biotech setting
Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development is an
advantage
PMP certification is a plus
