Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Governance
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a governance framework to ensure compliance
with policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor adherence to governance policies and standards, identifying
risks and implementing corrective actions
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and facilitate
communication between risk committees
Required Qualifications
Advanced degrees preferred; High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management or internal
audit in the banking sector
Substantial experience in leading risk governance or Operational
Risk Management programs
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the banking
sector
Deep understanding of governance, banking regulations, and risk
management frameworks
