Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager to manage and
optimize cloud infrastructure and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless
operation of collaboration platforms
Proactively monitor network infrastructure, lead troubleshooting
efforts, and develop incident response plans
Build automation scripts to streamline cloud infrastructure
management and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure services
Experience with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log
Analytics)
Demonstrated experience in IT operations management and incident
management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
6+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft environments
focused on IT operations
