Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Growth Manager to join their
Client Growth team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize proactive sales techniques to identify job opportunities
with existing clients in various medical specialties
Provide marketing support and execute marketing strategies with new
divisional client agreements
Develop effective partnerships with Provider Representatives to
achieve shared objectives and maintain established Client
Development Plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience in business development or account
management
Understanding of the physician staffing sales cycle and ability to
apply industry knowledge to achieve sales targets
General knowledge of marketing concepts
Ideal candidate would have a 4-year degree
Experience in building internal business relationships to influence
growth
