Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee
project delivery and team leadership while engaging with
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients, managing
risks and exploring growth opportunities
Lead multiple projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring
quality and coordination
Recruit and manage high-performing cross-functional teams,
fostering a culture of trust and accountability
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in
Technical Delivery or Program Management
5+ years managing executive-level stakeholders with a focus on
client retention and account expansion
5+ years of experience leading teams through the full lifecycle,
including hiring and performance management
Proven success managing distributed Agile teams and navigating
technical constraints
Experience in driving legacy system migrations and new product
launches
