address the physiological, spiritual and psychosocial needs of
assigned patient populationDevelops nursing care plans based upon
the patient assessment and revises care plans based upon change of
condition and clinical finding on reassessmentHas the ability to
make appropriate clinical decision within scope of
practiceDocuments nursing assessment, reassessment, plan of care,
interventions and responses to treatment bad upon established
guidelinesAdministers medication and provides treatments and
documents appropriatelyInitiates emergency measures when indicated
and serves on said teams as assignedProvides education to patient
and support system based upon appropriate physiological,
physiological and personal preference. Education is provided at
level of patient cognitive ability.Documentation is legible, timed,
dated and signedFollows infection control policies and
proceduresNotifies appropriate healthcare providers in a timely
manner when patient status warrantsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORNursing
Credentials - You are a graduate from an accredited RN program and
have a current licensure. Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred,
with at least 1-year acute care experience preferredAre Certified -
You have and maintain the following certifications:BLSAre required
to get certified within 3 months of hire through our education
department in case you have not maintained certification in the
following.ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)Strong Communicator
You are able to guide patients and their families as they
experience treatment plans, which can be medically complex at
times. You're able to break down technical information in a way
that everyone can clearly understand. You're able to read, write,
understand and communicate effectively in the English
language.Empathetic Advocate - You are able to help your patients
feel at ease and less alone by showing your passion for nursing.
