(United States Residents only) Quality Temp Staffing is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Floater to join our team and support trusted clients across the Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for a dependable and adaptable technologist who enjoys a consistent routine with a bit of variety-or for a newly certified graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a range of clinical settings. If you enjoy meeting new people, expanding your skills on a variety of equipment, and providing excellent care to both patients and staff-you'll fit right in. We're excited to work with you! Nuclear Medicine Tech Summary of Job Responsibilities: Interview, educate, and ensure patient comfort during imaging procedures. Administer radioactive materials, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure patient safety. Operate and calibrate imaging equipment, position patients, and acquire quality images. Perform routine tests on imaging equipment and maintain radiation safety compliance. Maintain accurate patient records, including administered doses and imaging protocols. Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment. Stay updated on nuclear medicine advancements and pursue continuing education. Ensure adherence to CA DPH regulations, maintain licensures, and participate in required training. Qualifications: Certification from a recognized accrediting body, such as the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (N) OR the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). CA DPH RT State License Venipuncture and Fluoroscopy Certification Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to relocate (out-of-state candidates) Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Must have proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers.
