Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist IV to
provide therapeutic services and support to patients and
families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a range of therapeutic services, psychoeducational
programming, and behavioral interventions to assist clients in
achieving treatment goals
Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders
through evidence-based assessments
Provide clinical supervision to team members seeking licensure and
mentor graduate students during internships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, or EdD in Mental Health, Social Work,
Counseling, Substance Use Disorders, or a related field
Five years of experience post-licensure, with specialization in
child and adolescent behavioral health
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 6 months of
hire, including in-person training for non-violent crisis
intervention
