Job Description Located on the Torrey Pines Mesa near I-5 and Genesee Avenue in La Jolla, Scripps Green Hospital has served the greater San Diego community since 1977. This is a Full time, benefited, day shift position 0645-1915 with call at La Jolla Green in Torrey Pines. There is a bonus of $4K and a relocation incentive $3K to eligible new hires. Join Scripps Green Hospital Surgery Team, which operates in 12 OR suites and sees 900 cases a month. The ideal candidate for the position will have 1 or more years of OR experience, including, but not limited to Ortho (total Joints/LER- lower extremity reconstruction), General, Urology, Vascular, Spine, Plastics, ENT, Robotics, Neuro, and Transplant. This is a busy and fast-paced environment which requires teamwork and cooperation to provide the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities include: - Provide direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. - Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. - The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. - Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
