As an HR Coordinator you will assist with: Providing HR support to an average of 100-200 employees. Workers compensation administration; processing of claims Benefits administration; LOA, health insurance, retirement plans Onboarding and new hire orientations Credentialing of new hires an making sure all existing employees are in compliance HR documentation and reporting Maintenance of confidential HR data Reception coverage This is a full-time tempt to hire or direct hire opportunity. The role is working 100% onsite at company site in Irvine. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am – 5pm. The ideal candidate will have: 1 – 2 years' experience in an HR Assistant, Coordinator or Generalist role Must have experience processing workers comp claims and some benefits support A completed Bachelor's degree is highly preferred Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required Pay Rate: $65,000 Annually *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
