Job Summary:Seeking a go-getter with natural curiosity and a technical mindset who is interested in actively learning, growing, and taking on more responsibility.Own and develop relationships, act as technical point of contact. Supports the Administrative, Marketing and Sales team in executing the company's IT and marketing campaigns in place.As a Technical Developer, your job duties involve:

  • Salesforce developer - assisting in developing, processing, and configuring our current software (Salesforce) to work efficiently. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. You'll use Salesforce to effectively reach our learner acquisition goals and drive event recruitment goals through our email and text marketing efforts.
  • You will work on Influencer Campaigns, develop our website to be an interactive hub, and be our main technical support.
  • You will build on, monitor, and improve the technical aspects of our current website, email and text marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and email conversion funnels, and list building efforts
  • Salesforce will need to be the dashboard to show the effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Work with 3rd party IT company in helping maintenance, troubleshoot, and assist on-site company personnel regarding all network and hardware issues.As a Digital and Print Marketing Analyst, your job duties involve:
    • Be the in-house marketing and design support by coordinating, creating, and posting content
    • Implement marketing campaigns by preparing marketing strategies, plans, and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, updating the calendar
    • Create and strategize - Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate traffic and convert leads from all online properties. Lead, develop and manage all web campaigns, the marketing database, any email or social medial traffic, and advertisements. Manage social media accounts and create ways to generate high website traffic, stronger brand awareness, and new opportunities.
    • Create and launch new paid media campaigns and/or channels as needed.
    • Measure - Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success. Report on ROI results.
    • Manage monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and provide investment recommendations. Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to performance goals.
    • Optimize and iterate - Strategize company brand and market effectiveness by developing goals both short and long-term.
    • Ensure campaigns follow industry and internal best practices.
    • Assist with account-based and lead gen efforts across paid social and display; track form fills and ensures a smooth transfer to marketing automation platform and sales team
    • Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projectsRequirements:
      • 3+ years experience working in IT, Digital Marketing and Technical Development role
      • A bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, databases, or a related field - preferred
      • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
      • Experience in a business analytics role, preferably in digital marketing or sales operations
      • Strong project management skills
      • Analytical mindset and ability to review email and website statistics to drive improvements
      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
      • Enjoys working across multiple departments and products
      • Ability to learn-as-you-go with new tools and projects
      • Ability to multitask and stay organized with a wide variety of tasks
      • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
      • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, i.e. Google Analytics, Google Trends---
      • Using tools such as WordPress, and LinkedIn.
      • Ability to work with a strong level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects.
