InnovationManages, plans and coordinates the development of new
products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions
based on short-term and long-term needs.Determines reasonable
roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements
considering priority, customer needs, financial limitations,
staffing requirements and availability of resources.Develops sales
forecasts and implements pricing schedules that provide revenue and
margins growth while remaining competitive in the
market.Responsibilities:Informs the type of market and customer
research needed to develop new product or provide necessary product
improvements.Ability to develop a product scope,
requirements.Ensure we're building the right data systems,
infrastructure, and scalable & efficient end2end connected
solutions (CRM, Deals, Content, Analytics interfaces) for our
sales, support, & partnership teams internallyProvide guidance on
how to prioritize and make tradeoffs against the needs of the
business and enable everyone to make the biggest impactResearch
technical, Market, competitors and our business environment
situation and trend for a productAnalyse requests and demands to
define functional and non-functional requirements via user stories
and backlog managementSet priority and severity of requirements for
a software product with clear reason.Work with and consistently
influence company leadership and cross-functional teams, especially
engineering and sales leadership teamsOwn planning and end-to-end
execution of features/programs working with business and
engineering teams and keeping everyone abreast of the
progressManages stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle
of the product by meeting with them regularly.Strong verbal/written
communication skill to make correct understanding about
specifications/requirements for all project members.Ability to
validate functional specs, UI Mock-ups and actual software, whether
they meet user's expectation or not via user stories.Works
independently and requires minimal intervention throughout the life
of the productTakes initiative in prioritizing based on industry
expertise and communicates with the development team and program
manager to minimize friction throughout the sprintDelivers quality
product to the marketHas the ability to launch new product into the
marketQualifications:An undergraduate degree in Computer Science,
Math, related technical field or equivalent practical experience is
required and an advanced degree is highly desirable.7+ years of
programming, development, software product planning, or quality
assurance experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.Ability to learn quicklyExcellent working knowledge of
web, mobile, and/or cloud solutions and technologies.Ability to
work independently and manage multiple assigned tasks in multiple
projects efficiently is required.Effective collaboration with
engineers and other departments world-wide as necessarySolid
understanding of software development lifecycleCandidates must
have: Software Requirement Analysis/Management, SRS, SDLCWould be
nice if candidates have: UML, Programing languages, Network
protocol, business Analysis, JIRA-Agile, ConfluenceThis is a
