Customer Account Rep - Direct Hire

Job Description:

Immediate need in the Gardena area for a Customer Account Representative seeking a fantastic direct hire opportunity with competitive benefits and a super friendly environment. Candidates selected based on competent interview, passionate about assisting people, detail orientation, and most of all ability to work in a team environment. Will be responsible for responding to 40-100 calls per day from valued customers to either process orders, discuss current orders, or handle issues with current product. All potential candidates will be able to problem solve and find solutions for their customers. Company looking for 2-5 years experience in a similar environment.
