Job Description Summary This position supports instructional innovation and technology integration specific to the La Fetra College of Education and operates in coordination with, but distinct from, the University’s Center for Teaching and Learning ( CTL ). The Center for Learning Innovation Manager advances LFCE’s strategic priorities by supporting educator preparation programs, credentialing requirements, clinical practice, leadership development, and accreditation-aligned instructional design. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Related experience may be substituted for required education on a basis set forth by the Department of Human Resources. Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or technology support in higher education or professional learning environments. Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting instructional technologies. Experience providing direct technical support and training to faculty or professional staff. Expertise with learning management systems and educational technology platforms. Familiarity with AI applications in education. Ability to translate technical information into clear guidance for non-technical users. Proficiency in CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting to measure outreach effectiveness. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education. Earned doctorate from a regionally accredited school.
