Counsel is representing a national law firm seeking an experienced
Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its well-established
corporate practice in San Bernardino . This is an exciting
opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a thriving
practice while expanding their own book of business . Key
Responsibilities: Handle general commercial transactions ,
including corporate structuring, contracts, and business
negotiations Real estate transaction experience is a plus Provide
high-level legal counsel and strategic advice to business clients
Collaborate with a team of attorneys while also managing
independent caseloads Deliver exceptional client service and
maintain strong professional relationships Qualifications: Juris
Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Active California
Bar membership in good standing 8 years of experience in general
commercial transactions A modest portable book of business is
required Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a
