Job Description:
Join the proactive team at Clean Harbors, North America’s
leading provider of environmental services, as a Class B Driver.
This pivotal role focuses on providing prompt, safe, and efficient
transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from customer
sites to designated disposal facilities, adhering strictly to
governmental regulations and Clean Harbors policies. This position
plays a vital role in our mission to ensure the sustainability and
safety of our environment by properly segregating and disposing of
waste materials. Operate Class B vehicles for transportation of
waste materials to disposal facilities. Manage routing and
logistics to ensure the most efficient waste transport and
disposal. Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicles to
ensure proper functioning and compliance with DOT regulations. Load
and unload waste safely in accordance with company and regulatory
requirements. Maintain logs and records, including DOT driver logs,
company vehicle reports, and timesheets according to regulatory and
company policies. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional
interactions and effective waste management solutions. Proficient
in operating Class B vehicles and other related equipment safely
and efficiently. Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and
hazardous materials regulations. Strong coordination and time
management skills. Ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
Effective communication and customer service skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazardous
Materials and Tanker endorsements. Clean driving record. DOT
medical card.
