Starcrest Products of California, Inc. is seeking a dynamic
individual to support the Human Resources department. As an Entry
level Human Resources Clerk, you will be responsible for
maintaining sensitive employee information and are expected to work
with discretion and judgment in all aspects of the role.
Some of those activities include, but are not limited to:
Answering external and internal telephone calls. Assist walk-in
visitors and employees. Interface with members of management.
Prepare and maintain confidential and sensitive files for over 600
employees. Process vacations, disciplinary warnings, and
performance reviews. Provide support for employee benefits and
Leaves of Absence. Mail inter-office and external memos to
employees and members of management. Handle confidential
information and documents. Accept employment and benefit
applications and review with applicant or employee. Administer and
grade pre-employment assessments for applicants. Other
