A company is looking for a Supervisor, Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Revenue Operations Specialists to ensure operational
policy adherence and efficient process execution
Oversee sales audits, workforce management, and performance
monitoring to enhance team effectiveness
Provide mentorship and identify training opportunities to improve
team skills and drive revenue generation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, or 3-5 years of
relevant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
3+ years of demonstrated experience in team leadership and people
management
Skilled in developing and implementing process improvements
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite products and/or MS Office
Suite
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
