Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with UX, product, and technology teams to understand
the customer journey and identify gaps
Build and develop the UX team's knowledge, skill set, and best
practices
Conduct research to inform user experience strategies and
improvements
Required Qualifications
University degree preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience required; 7+ years
preferred
Experience in UX/CX research methodologies
Ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams
Experience in analyzing user feedback and data to drive
decisions
