Role BAND, a leading group communication platform, is looking for a
Growth Marketing Lead who can build new growth engines in emerging
adult-focused segments—including faith communities, workplaces,
franchise operators, and sports organizations—and turn early
traction into scalable acquisition systems. This role is not about
incremental optimization. It is about identifying high-leverage
growth channels, validating them quickly, and scaling what works.
You will own user acquisition across emerging segments by combining
strategic partnerships, grassroots community expansion, inbound and
outbound marketing, performance marketing, and product-led growth.
You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels —translating
insights into rapid experimentation, repeatable growth playbooks,
and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: New Market Growth
Strategy Define ICPs and segment-specific growth hypotheses across
new verticals Build full-funnel acquisition strategies (awareness ?
activation ? retention ? referral Identify high-leverage growth
channels and develop scalable go-to-market playbooks Design
expansion strategies tailored to community-led and group-based
adoption Scalable Acquisition Engines Build and scale acquisition
engines across paid, organic, partnership, and community channels
Develop referral and viral loops suited for group-based products
Design grassroots expansion programs (community ambassadors,
evangelists, partnerships) Explore sales-assisted growth where
relevant (multi-location operators, organizations Develop, launch,
and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Meta,
Google, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team to drive
user acquisition. Experimentation & Analytics Implement a rapid
test–learn–scale experimentation framework Run structured growth
experiments across paid, organic, and product surfaces Build
attribution clarity in multi-touch, community-driven acquisition
funnels Translate insights into repeatable growth playbooks Own
core growth metrics including user acquisition, CAC, and activation
Team & Execution Build and mentor a high-performing growth team
over time Establish dashboards, experimentation cadence, and growth
operating systems Allocate resources dynamically toward the highest
ROI growth levers Drive cross-functional alignment across
Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Sales What Success Looks Like
Repeatable acquisition playbooks for new adult market segments
Strong community-driven and product-led growth loops Measurable
network effects within key target segments Sustainable growth
increasingly driven by organic, referral, and community channels
Improving CAC through scalable and diversified acquisition channels
Influence cross-functional initiatives and decisions Lead complex
projects that impact multiple teams Demonstrate strong leadership,
collaboration, and execution capabilities Skills & Qualifications:
12 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or
performance marketing Proven track record of launching and scaling
new growth channels or markets from 0 ? meaningful scale Experience
growing community-driven, marketplace, or network-effect products
preferred Experience building partnership-driven or grassroots
growth programs Deep analytical fluency including cohort analysis,
funnel modeling, and attribution Experience in paid acquisition and
conversion optimization Ability to operate at both strategic and
hands-on execution levels High experimentation velocity mindset:
test fast, learn fast, scale what works Comfortable operating in
ambiguity and ownership-heavy environments Other Job type:
Full-time Hybrid Pay: $136,000 - $170,000 per year Candidates who
pass the initial HR screening will be invited to complete a brief
take- home assignment. Please note: To be eligible, applicants must
be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time
