Currently, they have a head-count of 400+ employees with an average tenure of 16 years. In this position, you would have the opportunity to work at their headquarters located in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a 1st shift position from 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with overtime opportunities. Benefits include:

  • Install, maintain, and perform basic repairs on, office equipment, fixtures, and buildings at the Perris warehouse facility
  • Perform custodial maintenance of facility & maintain facility grounds
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance, warehousing, and occasional valve service
  • Repair roofs of buildings, fences, asphalt, plumbing, and sprinkler system
  • Complete checklist to order maintenance and cleaning supplies and material
  • Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts
  • Install copper, galvanized, and PVC pipe
  • Repair or replace faucets, valves, toilets, and pumps
  • Assist in installation of door locks, window glass, drywall, and drop ceilings
  • Paint walls and doors, move office furniture and file cabinets
  • Drive to hardware or plumbing stores to pick up parts needed to complete job at hand
  • Travel occasionally in Southern California/Costa Mesa for service work and or to pick up parts
  • Using tractor, perform and maintain weed abatement in open field on facility property;
  • Assist in the warehousing of material from Costa Mesa & with the loading and unloading of trailers and trucks Qualifications
    • Familiarity with gardening, janitorial and grounds keeping, plumbing, painting, and building repairs
    • Experience safe use of hand, small power tools, forklift, and tractor
    • Ability to properly apply industrial cleaning compounds and agents & request cleaning supplies as needed
    • Some experience and training in the safe and proper use of gardening tools and equipment
    • Background in basic vehicle maintenance
