Job Description Warehouse Associate --- Perris Work hours are Monday --- Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm Duties: Perform cycle counts Maintain inventory levels Participate in scheduling of daily transportation Process all receiving transactions and paperwork Pack and label product based on established standards Audit each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods match order Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in shipping area Ensure that proper manuals and accessories are shipped with correct order Prepare shipping and receiving documentation; maintain orderly files for all documentation Inspect all incoming freight for damage; follows-up with purchasing to resolve any damaged freight issues Process all in- and outbound shipments including but not limited to sorting, logging, delivering, packing, and shipping Perform required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence Qualifications: Acute attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Fork lift certification preferred UPS WorldShip and Federal Express knowledge a must Ability to manage priorities and workflow Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and oral communication skills Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong computer skills with above average Microsoft Office experience Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Requirements: Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. Must have a minimum of 2 years recent warehouse experience Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for 8 hrs .
