Our----NEW Distribution--client is hiring for--a 2nd shift Cycle Count Clerk (Forklift)----in Perris, CA.--As a member of their team, you will ensure--that all inventory related transactions and procedures are followed to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy.-- The candidate is detailed oriented and performs daily cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy for items in WIP (MFG), Stock (Raw) or Shipping (FGs).The canidate will also be operating the forklift and performing General labor tasks like offloading, picking, and using the RF scanner.----Long term steady work available,--temp-hire opportunity!--To apply for the position,--go to www.staffmark.com today !Job Details:--Pay Rate: $18.50/hrShifts: Mon- Fri plus mandatory OT on Saturdays--2nd shift: 1pm - 930pm + OT--Essential Job Duties--

• • Performing daily cycle counts
  • Transferring of inventory in Oracle from one location to another
  • Perform cycle count requests from customer service, manufacturing, planning or purchasing as required
  • Follow safety procedures as they relate to the jobs being performed
  • Execute inventory projects as instructed by the inventory lead
  • Helps maintain a clean and safe working environment utilizing practices such as 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Perform inventory audits as required
  • Assist with yearly physical inventory
    • Pulling Raw Goods Requisition Requests (RGRF) as needed
    • Qualifications--
      • Advanced knowledge of Inventory Control Principles - Cycle Counting and Independent Audits
      • Computer literate with basic e-mail, excel, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MAS) knowledge a plus
      • Knowledge of continuous improvement, root cause and Lean principles
      • Strong ERP and Microsoft Office computer skills
      • Strong organizational skills
      • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
      • High school education or equivalent
      • Bi-Lingual a plus, with emphasis on verbal and written English skills
      • Forklift experience (Stand Up Reach, Sit Down, and Cherry Picker)--
      • Detail oriented with an emphasis on inventory accuracy and integrityRequirements:--
        • Capable of working independently and in a team
        • Lift up 50 lbs
        • Bend, Stoop, Push Pull up to 50 lbs
