prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.--SUMMARY:
Perform functions to plan, coordinate and manage bottling processes
to ensure customer orders and company products are produced in
accordance with planned schedules, job specifications, established
quality standards and planned profit objectives.--ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.--- Direct the day-to-day operations of the bottling
department through supervisors and support staff--- Monitor
production activities and assist with problems as necessary to meet
planned production schedules and to ensure product quality
standards are maintained--- Troubleshoot and resolve unusual
problems related to equipment, material and personnel--- Develop
and implement improved operating methods and procedures to increase
plant productivity--- Work with corporate Engineering to assist
with incorporating new manufacturing processes--- Ensure plant
sanitation and quality standards are consistent with federal,
state, local, and company requirements--- Manage assets and ensure
inventory accuracy--- Ensure adherence to applicable quality,
manufacturing standards and GMPs--- Oversee the development,
implementation, and adherence of SOP's that result in improved
product quality and efficiency levels--- Develop and maintain
qualifications and training standards for area of responsibility---
Hire and train employees, assign, review, and check work. Eliminate
ordinary difficulties, enforce organizational policies, establish
performance standards, and evaluate employee performance ---
Promote operational excellenceEDUCATION:--- 3 - 5 years of related
management experience within a food processing, bottling, liquid
filling/blending and/or consumer goods manufacturing/packaging
environment--- Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred---
Bachelor's Degree is a plus--EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:---
Ability to work from policies and general objectives, referring
specific cases to superior when clarification and interpretation of
organization's policy is required--- Must be computer literate -
Microsoft Office Programs and/or D365, preferred--- Ability to work
with all levels within in the organization--- Must possess strong
leadership & team building skills --- Must be well organized,
results oriented, and have effective problem solving ability---
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are essential---
Ability to work from policies and general objectives, referring
specific cases to superior when clarification and interpretation of
organization's policy is required--- Ability to adapt to changing
business needs and deadlines on short notice--- Ability to work in
extreme temperatures, working at heights and exposure to dust,
gases, fumes, noise and chemicals--- Show good judgment and sound
reasoning skills--- Ability to delegate authority--- Must have a
strong floor presence and be able to interact effectively with
people at all levels. --- Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds
with or without reasonable accommodation is required
