Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via
phone
Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and provide
solutions
Work closely with team members to improve service processes and
participate in ongoing training
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or
hospitality preferred)
Integrity and reliability in providing honest and ethical
support
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance
goals
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
efficiently
Must have a quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed
internet
