Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Supervisor for Small
to Medium Sized Businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of outbound telesales representatives to
achieve sales quotas
Ensure CRM software is maintained accurately and conduct
performance reviews
Handle escalated customer calls and conduct team meetings to
enhance skills and share best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent coursework and experience
may be considered
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in sales leadership and team coaching
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and
weekends
Must reside within the Northeast Division footprint
