Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agent Recruiter - US Based
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with up to 50 recruits daily through cold calls
and warm leads
Build and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline using available
resources
Communicate effectively with team members and prospective agents,
ensuring timely responses
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a call center or telemarketing
environment
Prior experience in a sales role with a proven ability to build
relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
