will learn to source off market properties, evaluate potential
deals, and build trust with motivated sellers through consistent
follow up. You will gain exposure to negotiations, contract
strategy, and investor conversations that lead to signed agreements
and closed transactions. The focus is on practical experience,
steady execution, and building skill through repetition. As you
develop these skills, you will earn rewarding commissions tied
directly to the deals you help bring together. This environment
emphasizes learning by doing. Through structured systems, hands on
guidance, and acquisitions mentorship, you will build confidence

$140,000 Responsibilities: Reply quickly to all incoming leads and
client requests for information Manage leads and follow up through
daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and
get the deal signed Prepare letters of intent, real estate market
research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence
documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance
of real estate transactions Assess comparables, property value, and
condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market
trends Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer,
and contractor network Investment property lead generation
Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment
property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: Exceptional
communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong
phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and
goal-oriented personality Real estate license required to work with
clients and earn commissions Ability to learn and coachable Sales
