Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist with BCBA credentials is needed for a K-12 school
setting in Burbank, IL. This onsite contract position spans the
complete school year and offers the opportunity to work directly
with students across all grade levels. Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior support plans and interventions tailored to
individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust strategies
Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making
Provide training and support to staff on behavior management
techniques Qualifications: Illinois BCBA license required
Professional Educator License (PEL) required Experience working in
K-12 educational settings preferred Location: Onsite position based
