Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to
lead their Enterprise Segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and empower multiple Account Management teams to achieve
business results and customer goals
Own growth targets, customer retention, and contract renewals while
implementing effective forecasting
Develop strategic direction for the Enterprise Segment and drive
team performance through data analysis
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of second-line leadership experience
5+ years of experience in people leadership with Account
Management, Sales, or Account Executive teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience in Staffing/Contingent workforce, HR tech, or Talent
Acquisition industries is a plus
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on developing
high-performing teams
